It always been on my bucket list after seeing the beauty portrayed in the Bond film Moonraker. It rose up my bucket list after visiting Sydney for the second time and being told that the Rio harbour was even larger.

The deep gorge makes for some amazing photography and the fall foliage added colour. Take a look at these great shots.
It’s been a year of less, including photos. A beautiful day just before fall I went out and grabbed more shots of my town, Rochester. I started at Cobbs Hill where I got excellent shots of the skyline. I then parked new the Strong Museum of Play and took the Court St Bridge to the westside of downtown. Say hello to pure magic. The largest harbour in the world is found in South America and is the gateway to fun and relaxation. Welcome to Rio de Janeiro. From the famous beaches of Copacabana, to the Sugarloaf Mountain. From Christ the Redeemer to the sophisticated nightlife and city streets. Inclusive with an active LGBTQ+ nightlife.
I know it was always on my bucket list, but you can’t appreciate the beauty from pictures or stories. I tried to do it justice, but the beauty from the panoramic views from the mountains surrounding Rio are breathtaking. Then when you’ve taken it all in, you can relax on the picturesque and storied beach. English won’t get you far, but the people are so welcoming that it won’t matter.
The place I call home, these are shots from Downtown Rochester taken in June of 2018. You can see shots from the Genesee river, local murals, and of course the few skyscrapers. There really is a lot to gaze at when you are downtown. Rochester is an inviting and inclusive city.
2019 was definitely my year of pride. I travelled more in 2019 then I ever had before but I also made it pride focused.
Hello from 30,000 feet. I’m writing this as I’m flying back home from Zürich, Switzerland. It was a short but very beautiful visit, with a photo gallery coming soon.
Happy Pride! I just got back from a fabulous trip to NYC for their annual Pride celebration. If you didn’t know, June is official Pride month.
