Fjords 2024
There is something so peaceful about a fjord. The serene beauty masks the sheer destruction caused by glaciers as they carved deep ocean channels inland. Fjords are a part of the Norwegian national identity and illustrate a way of life that is challenged by deep waters and high mountains.
Recently on a visit to my hytte in Norway I had a chance to do a fjord cruise from Bergen all the way up to the Mo & the Mofjorden via the Osterfjorden. The Osterfjorden is 27km long and 645 meters deep at its deepest point. Enjoy these amazing photos!
